Release Notes v1.611 – DispoSignals, DealSignals & Platform Updates

Release Date: July 5, 2026

Updates included in this release will be deployed in batches starting Sunday, July 5, 2026. Some customers may receive these enhancements earlier than others during the rollout period.

Summary

This release introduces significant enhancements to both DispoSignals and DealSignals, improving property analysis workflows, market visibility, and lead intelligence. Users can now leverage geographic visualization tools, consolidated investor insights, expanded data sorting capabilities, and enhanced compliance indicators. Additionally, core platform improvements increase compatibility with Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture to improve activity synchronization reliability.

New Features

DispoSignals Map View Experience

DispoSignals now includes an interactive Map View that allows users to visualize subject properties and nearby results geographically. Users can toggle between list and map views, interact with mapped properties, and gain additional market context across supported DispoSignals analyses.

Full Property Analysis Option

DispoSignals now offers a Full Property Analysis option, allowing users to run Investor Activity, Investor Summary, Retail Comps, and Investor Comps together from a single action, reducing clicks and streamlining property evaluation.

Investor Summary Experience

DispoSignals now includes Investor Summary, providing a consolidated view of investor activity, flipper trends, landlord metrics, and acquisition data around a subject property to help users evaluate market opportunities more quickly.

Do Not Call (DNC) Indicator for DealSignals

DealSignals now displays a Do Not Call (DNC) indicator for flagged phone numbers, helping users quickly identify numbers that may be subject to calling restrictions.

Verified Ownership Indicator for FirstUp and Probate Leads

DealSignals now includes a Verified Ownership indicator for FirstUp and Probate leads, allowing users to quickly determine whether ownership has been confirmed when reviewing property information.

Enhancements

Sortable Columns Across DispoSignals

All columns within the DispoSignals experience are now sortable, making it easier to organize, analyze, and review property and buyer data.

Bug Fixes

Einstein Activity Capture Sync Reliability

Improved compatibility with Salesforce Einstein Activity Capture by updating task handling logic for automated email-sync activity. This prevents access-related errors when synced email tasks are associated with Leads or Opportunities, helping activity tracking continue more reliably.

How to Check Your Left Main Package Version

Additional Notes:

  • The new DispoSignals Map View is available across supported coordinate-enabled analyses, including Retail Comps, Investor Comps, Investor Activity, and Buyers List.

  • Full Property Analysis may require additional processing time due to the execution of multiple analyses in a single request.

  • Investor Summary metrics are generated based on available investor activity data within the selected search radius.

Things to Keep in Mind

Full Property Analysis Runs Multiple Reports

Running Full Property Analysis executes Investor Activity, Investor Summary, Retail Comps, and Investor Comps simultaneously. Depending on the property and available market data, processing may take slightly longer than running an individual analysis.

Investor Insights Depend on Available Market Data

Investor Summary and Investor Activity results are based on available transaction and ownership records in the selected market area. Results may vary by geography and data coverage.

Pro Tip 🧠

Use the new Map View alongside Investor Summary to quickly identify active investors, analyze nearby comparable properties, and better understand market activity around your subject property—all without leaving DispoSignals.
