This release introduces DispoSignals, a solution designed to help real estate investors identify buyers, evaluate pricing, and analyze market activity directly within their CRM.
Availability & Access
Available as a paid add-on (included in Enterprise Edition)
Users without access will not see DispoSignals components in their CRM
Where to Find DispoSignals
Once enabled, users can access DispoSignals as a new tab and on the following objects:
Opportunities
Transactions
Additionally, DispoSignals can be added to the Activity component.
New Capabilities
Generate targeted buyer lists with SkipTrace data
Analyze investor activity and pricing trends
Compare investor, retail, and CRM comps within a single workflow
Usage Thresholds
DispoSignals usage includes the following monthly thresholds (additional credits available at additional cost):
Investor Activity: 100 runs
Investor Comps: 100 runs
Retail Comps: 100 runs
CRM Comps: Unlimited
Buyer Search: 20 runs
