How to Create Direct Mail in PostcardMania

Steps

1. From your Left Main org, click the Waffle (app launcher) icon and search for PostcardMania in the search bar.

2. Click on PostcardMania to open the app.

3. You will land on the Create New Design tab.

4. Browse the available design templates and select one, or click New Design to start from a blank slate.

5. Select a size for your mail piece, then click Customize Design.

6. Use the design tools in the left sidebar to make any edits or customizations to your mail piece.

7. When you are satisfied with your design, click Save.

8. In the modal that appears, complete the following fields to create a design layout:

   1. Enter a Design Layout Name.

   2. Select the Mail Class.

   3. Choose the Salesforce Object this design will be assigned to.

9. Click View Proof to preview the mail piece with a record from your org.

10. Click Save.
