How to Apply a Direct Mail Cadence to a Record

Steps

  1. From your Left Main home page, navigate to a Lead, Opportunity, or Contact record.

  2. Click the Create Cadence button on the record.

  3. In the modal that pops up, scroll to the bottom and use the picklist to select a Direct Mail Folder.

    1. This folder contains any direct mail follow-up sequences that have been added to it.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Review and confirm the recipient address details. These fields will populate the address block on the physical mail piece.

    1. To change any defaults, update as needed by choosing a different field from the picklist options or type directly into the fields.

  6. Once you are satisfied with the recipient address details, click Save to apply the cadence.

    1. Any follow-up sequences scheduled to send immediately will be submitted to Postcard Mania right away.

    2. All other mail pieces will be scheduled as Cadence Scheduled Direct Mail and will appear in the related list on the record.
