Welcome

PostcardMania integration allows you to automate and scale your Direct Mail marketing directly from Left Main using Cadences. By combining physical mail with your existing follow-up strategies (calls, SMS, email), you can increase touchpoints and improve response rates from your leads and opportunities.

Step 1: Setup

  • Before using PostcardMania, complete the required backend setup in your Salesforce org.

    Required Setup Steps:

    • Remove or deactivate any legacy Direct Mail cadences and templates

    • Review and update any Flows or automations tied to old Direct Mail processes

    • Verify recipient address, name, and company fields are correctly populated and standardized

    • Confirm which fields will be used for Direct Mail delivery (Leads, Opportunities, Contacts)

    User-Related Setup:

    • Ensure users have the correct Permission Sets for:

      • Cadences

      • Access to relevant objects (Leads, Opportunities, Contacts)

    • Confirm users understand that:

      • Templates are created in PostcardMania

      • Sending is controlled through Cadences in Left Main

Step 2: Configuration

  • Once setup is complete, configure your Direct Mail workflow using PostcardMania and Cadences.

    PostcardMania Configuration:

    • Create and manage Direct Mail templates in PostcardMania

    • Confirm mailing formats (postcards, letters, etc.)

    • Align messaging with your campaign strategy

    Salesforce / Left Main Configuration:

    • Create new Direct Mail Cadences

    • Add Direct Mail steps into Cadence sequences

    • Configure timing and follow-up logic

    • (Optional) Update or build:

      • Flows to automate Cadence enrollment

      • Campaigns for audience segmentation

Step 3: Testing

Before going live, validate your setup.

  • Apply a Direct Mail cadence to a test record

  • Confirm:

    • Cadence triggers correctly

    • Recipient data populates properly

    • No legacy automations are interfering

  • Review timing and sequencing of mail steps

Step 4: Launch & Training

After testing, complete rollout with your team.

  • Train users on:

    • How to apply Direct Mail cadences

    • How to manage templates in PostcardMania

  • Demonstrate:

    • Applying a cadence to a Lead, Opportunity, and Contact

    • Managing follow-up alongside other Cadence steps

  • Align on campaign strategy and usage expectations
