Where does the property data come from? Is it available in non-disclosure states?
Our data vendor provides transaction activity from multiple sources. Primary sources include county recordings, IDX feeds and more to capture as much data as possible as fast as possible across the country and in non-disclosure states.
Is there a minimum number of county subscriptions required?
Just one!
Is there a limit to the number of counties customers can subscribe to?
Most customers subscribe to 3-5 counties. If you’re interested in subscribing to a substantially larger dataset, please reach out to our sales team at sales@leftmainrei.com.
I would like to know which counties are represented by the majority of leads and opportunities in my org so that I can easily subscribe to the counties most relevant to my database. Any tips?

From your Left Main org, expand the Salesforce Inspector Reloaded extension, and select Data Export

Can I edit preferences in the setup wizard after saving them?
No to address field settings. Once address fields are selected and saved, they cannot be edited, but customers are welcome to reach out to support@leftmainrei.com if a field was selected and saved in error.
Yes to all other settings. Changes will take effect with the next algorithm run and will not retroactively update data.
Can I distinguish MLS transactions from investor transactions?
Yes, with a few assumptions. The Market Insights dashboard in Property Sales AI includes an Investor Sales report, which identifies transactions where the property address does not match the buyer address. These are assumed to be investor transactions.
The Investor Sales report is powered by the Owner Occupant formula field found in the Property Sales object and filtered by sales in which the property address and buyer address do not match.
