If you’re noticing that your own active or closed/won transactions are being marked as Closed/Lost at the Opportunity level by Property Sales AI, it’s almost always due to configuration settings in the Property Sales AI Administration Panel.
Property Sales AI never makes updates to Lead or Opportunity records at random. Instead, it follows the specific automation rules and preferences selected within the Admin Panel. This includes the following:
Which record types to evaluate
Which Lead statuses or Opportunity stages to apply
Which address fields to match against sold property data
Whether to automatically disqualify when a match is found

The best practice for all Property Sales AI troubleshooting is to start by reviewing your current configuration. To do this, follow the steps below:
Go to the Property Sales AI Administration Panel in your Left Main org.
Review all selected preferences for Lead and Opportunity handling.
Confirm that your own test records or active deals are excluded if you don’t want Property Sales AI to update them.
Ensure your address match settings are accurate.
If changes were made recently, review your Left Main/Salesforce audit trail to identify updates that may have affected automation behavior.
