DealSignals Release Notes – Version 1.566 🚀

1. Highlighting Field Changes in Enriched Property Records

We’ve enhanced visibility into what has changed during enrichment updates.
Sales agents can now clearly identify which key fields were updated when a property record resurfaces.

Key Enhancements

  • Introduced a new “Last Change Summary” field that logs updates in a human-readable format (e.g., “Pre-Foreclosure = TRUE; Auction Date updated to 09/15/2025”).

  • System now updates only when meaningful trigger fields change during enrichment (e.g., Pre-Foreclosure, Probate, Vacant, Auction Date), exhaustive list below.

    • Expired Listing

    • Absentee Owner

    • Lis Pendens or Notice of Default

    • On Market

    • Pre-Foreclosure

    • Tax Default

    • Vacant

    • Probate

    • First Up

    • Eviction

    • Auction Date

    • Default Date

    • Auction Time

    • Auction City

    • Case Number

    • Pre-Foreclosure Status

    • Trustee Name

    • Trustee Sale Number

  • Non-impactful updates (e.g., unchanged or non-critical data) no longer alter “Last Modified By” or fire unnecessary platform events.

  • Improves accuracy and performance across enrichment workflows and Hot List surfacing.

2. Displaying All Stress Indicators in the Enrich Event Field

We’ve expanded the Enrich Event field to display all active stress indicators on a record, giving users powerful new filtering and sorting capabilities directly from Salesforce list views.

Key Enhancements

  • The Enrich Event field now concatenates all current stress indicators (e.g., “Pre-Foreclosure; Vacant; Tax Default”).

  • Users can filter and sort by individual or combined indicators within list views.

  • Outdated indicators are automatically removed during enrichment updates.

  • Improves transparency and prioritization for sales agents reviewing distressed property activity.

3. Snooze Button – Functionality Retention

The Snooze button continues to function as before. When selected, it nulls out the Enrich Event Value field to temporarily hide or suppress updates from resurfacing in a user’s Hot List.

Note: No behavioral changes were made to this feature.

4. Branding Update – Cloud Imagery Removal

In alignment with Left Main’s updated branding, cloud graphics and icons have been fully removed from the Enrich app interface.
No functional changes accompany this update; it is purely visual.

Summary

This release streamlines how users view, interpret, and manage enriched property data. With clearer change tracking and improved filtering, agents can focus on the most actionable leads and insights while enjoying a cleaner, more consistent user experience.
