DealSignals Release Notes – Version 1.566
Smarter Change Tracking. Clearer Insights. Cleaner Look.
Anticipated Release Date: Monday, October 13, 2025
This release introduces major improvements to how DealSignals surfaces updates and displays property insights—making it easier than ever for your team to understand what’s new, why a record changed, and where to focus next.
Smarter Change Tracking, Better Insights
We’ve refined how DealSignals detects and displays property changes so you can instantly see what’s new and important.
No more guessing which fields triggered an update — now you’ll know exactly why a property resurfaced in your lists.
What’s new for you:
Clear visibility into what changed (e.g., Pre-Foreclosure added, Auction Date updated).
Only meaningful updates are shown — removing noise from your Hot List.
More focused, actionable data that helps you prioritize opportunities faster.

Easier Filtering by Distress Type
The Enrich Event field now shows all active stress indicators in one place (e.g., “Pre-Foreclosure; Vacant; Probate”), allowing you to sort and filter properties by what matters most to your business.
What’s new for you:
Filter records directly in Salesforce by distress type.
Quickly find properties that meet your criteria.
Always see the most current set of indicators for each property.

Snooze Button – Still Works the Way You Expect
Your familiar Snooze button hasn’t changed — it still allows you to temporarily hide certain updates so you can focus only on the properties that matter right now.
What’s new for you:
Same workflow, cleaner data.
Continue managing your Hot List your way without losing functionality.
Cleaner, More Modern Look
We’ve refreshed the Enrich app’s visual design by removing outdated cloud graphics and aligning with Left Main’s modern brand identity.
What’s new for you:
A cleaner, more professional interface.
Streamlined visuals that match the rest of your Left Main experience.
In Summary
This update is all about clarity and control:
You’ll now see why a record changed, what’s new, and how to act on it — all with a modern, refreshed experience that helps you focus on opportunities, not noise.
