Considerations
Bulk selection is limited to approximately 100-200 records depending on the number of background processes running in an org.
Using the Campaigns object to send Direct Mail in bulk is recommended for improved tracking and reporting capabilities.
Apply a Direct Mail Cadence From the Lead or Opportunity Record
Considerations
Direct Mail Cadences are only supported on the Lead and Opportunity objects
Applying Direct Mail Cadences in bulk is not supported by default, as using the Campaigns object to send Direct Mail in bulk is recommended for improved tracking and reporting capabilities.
Send Direct Mail From the Campaign List View
Considerations
Selecting more than one campaign from Campaign list view to begin a Direct Mail order is not yet supported.
Recommendation: Plan the budget and expected response rate for Direct Mail campaigns annually using Campaign hierarchy. Analyze and adjust Campaign success on a quarterly and monthly basis to inform planning for the following fiscal year.
