Release Notes v1.624: DealSignals, DispoSignals & Core Updates

Release Date: September 13, 2026

Summary

This release brings contact-preservation and visibility improvements to DealSignals, better traceability in DispoSignals, and a new CTI provider option with more secure credential storage in Core Cadences, and fixes to cadence step accuracy and timeline display.

New Features

Click-to-Dial for Phone Numbers (DealSignals & DispoSignals)
Phone numbers in DealSignals and DispoSignals can now be clicked to dial directly through your Salesforce CTI softphone, so you can reach out to a prospect without leaving the record.

Vonage SMS (Core – Cadences)
Vonage is now available as a CTI provider in Left Main. Select it in Cadence Setup to send SMS from your Vonage number through your Cadences, using the “from” number you configure.

Enhancements

Preserve Related Contacts After Prospect Conversion (DealSignals)
When a DealSignals prospect converts to an Opportunity, related contacts sourced from Probate, First Up, and Eviction data now carry over to the new Opportunity automatically. Contact roles and details are preserved, and no duplicate contacts are created.

Surface Case Number for Probate Records (DealSignals)
DealSignals now captures the probate Case Number from probate data and displays it under Basic Property Data. The Case Number is preserved through the enrichment process.

Store Opportunity/Transaction Name on Contact (DispoSignals)
When contacts are created individually or in bulk, DispoSignals now populates a Generated From Opportunity/Transaction field showing which Opportunity or Transaction the contact originated from — making it easier to trace where a contact came from.

More Secure CTI Credential Storage (Core – Cadences)
We have improved how CTI provider credentials (API keys, secrets, and similar) are stored for Vonage, DialPad, and CallRail. They are now held in protected, private storage that keeps them hidden from any user in your org once entered, in line with Salesforce security standards.

As part of this change, these three providers now configure their CTI setup in Cadence Setup. You choose your provider and fill in the fields specific to that provider (API Key, API Secret, and others depending on the provider). For security, once you click out of a credential field, the value is hidden and cannot be viewed again.

This phase covers Vonage, DialPad, and CallRail. Smrtphone and RingCentral will follow in a future release.

Note: Cadences work with five CTI providers: Vonage, DialPad, CallRail, Smrtphone, and RingCentral. If your team uses a different CTI provider, Cadence SMS sending is not available.

Bug Fixes

Cadence Step Accuracy and Timeline Display
Cadence steps now apply correctly when adding multiple libraries in bulk, and the cadence timeline no longer misplaces completed or after-hours steps under "Past Date."

  • Bulk cadence application: When applying multiple cadence libraries at once, steps from other libraries could be pulled in incorrectly. Bulk-applied cadences now trigger only the steps belonging to the library you selected.

  • Completed steps staying in the timeline: Sent and completed messages were incorrectly dropping into the "Past Date Cadence Steps" section the day after they went out. Completed steps now remain in your normal timeline history, and "Past Date" is reserved for pending steps whose scheduled date has actually passed.

  • After-hours scheduling display: Steps scheduled to send outside business hours were showing under "Past Date Cadence Steps" even though they were sending correctly on the next business-hours run. Only steps set to a specific date and time can now appear in that section.

No customer action required — these changes automatically apply.

Notes

Existing customers: On Vonage, DialPad, or CallRail who are not switching - no action needed. Your current configuration carries over and Cadences keep sending as-is.

Existing customers switching providers: See the How-To Guide: Set Up or Switch Your CTI Provider for Cadence SMS.

New customers: Our implementation team will walk you through the CTI setup.
