This release lays the groundwork for upcoming Direct Mail enhancements, delivers two bug fixes for Deal Signals, and one bug fix for Cadences.
Deal Signals Bug Fixes
Address Field Handling — Fixed an issue where certain custom address fields (e.g., zip code) could cause new prospects to fail processing. Impacted prospects will now be handled correctly regardless of field naming.
Enrichment Data Retention — Fixed an issue where previously identified stress indicators could be unintentionally cleared during subsequent updates. Stress indicator data will now persist correctly even when no new indicators are present.
Cadences Bug Fixes
Cadence Email on Transactions — Fixed an issue where emails in a cadence could fail to send from Transactions because the system couldn’t find the email address on the transaction. Emails will now send correctly using the email address on the record, even if your system uses a custom email field.
Coming Soon: Direct Mail Cadences
There is a new Direct Mail tab in the Cadence App Configuration app. This is a preview of the new direct mail Cadence experience — expected to be available within the next month! The tab is not yet functional, but stay tuned for a full feature announcement soon.
Action May Be Required: Left Main User Permission Set
This release includes an update to the Left Main User Permission Set. If users do not have this standard permission set , they may experience missing or incomplete functionality, or errors in Cadences, Deal Signals, or Direct Mail features.
What to do: Ensure all users have the Left Main User Permission Set assigned.
In Left Main, go to Setup
Search for Permission Sets
Search for Left Main User Permission Set
Click Manage Assignment
Click Add Assignment
Select all users who should have access to Left Main
To avoid future issues, we recommend using the standard Left Main permission sets going forward. If you need help, please reach out to our support team.
